2009 Season - Womens

We were placed a division higher (against premier league teams) in the women's and as a result lost some of our players.

We have gained some new women players and we are lucky to have eight of our women players stepping up from both U13 and U 16 teams.

The youngest players who have excelled in the senior women's team require a special mention. Izzy Pavia, Kayleigh Popple, Gemma Cross , Alarna Cross and Heidi Reynolds.

With this in mind they have done remarkably well finishing just outside the top four calculations.

To all players and coaches, the Committee send a special thank you and hope to see you all again in 2010.

A special THANK YOU to all the parents, grandparents and carers who put aside quality time to enable these children to participate in a sport that encourages team spirit and fair play.
